Exchanges may be requested within 7–14 days of your package’s delivery date. The specific time frame allowed for an exchange is determined on a case-by-case basis, so we recommend customers submit their exchange requests within 7 days of receiving their item to ensure eligibility.

Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • Sizing issues
  • Damaged products
  • Issues with non-returnable items (in select cases)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
